U.K. audio specialist Cambridge Audio has announced that its network audio streamers now support the high-resolution music streaming/download service Qobuz.
The service is integrated into the StreamMagic app that works with the Edge NQ preamp/streamer ($5,000) and Azur 851N ($1,499) and CXN V2 ($1,099) network streamers. When the update becomes available, the app will prompt product owners to activate an over-the-air update.
All Qobuz audio resolutions will be supported — from 320 kbps to 24 bit/192 kHz. Cambridge Audio streamers are also fully integrated with the Spotify and Tidal streaming services.
